The money goes straight to you: Managolio never touches it and adds no fee on top (cards run at your own Stripe account's standard rate, paid to Stripe, not us). Card payments mark the invoice paid automatically; you can record checks, cash, and bank transfers yourself, and partial payments are supported. Connect QuickBooks Online and every invoice you send, and every payment and refund you record, lands in your books automatically, no double entry. Yes, on Basic and Pro. Send a service or maintenance plan the customer signs online, and it bills on the cadence you set: weekly, twice a month, monthly, quarterly, or yearly. Once they sign, Managolio opens a maintenance project and generates the invoices on schedule, either sent automatically or held as drafts for you to review first. You can sell a plan on its own or add one to a proposal so it starts when the job wraps.
