We started Managolio to take that second job off their plate. The goal is simple — give contractors back the hours they lose to admin, so they can focus on the work, their crew, and their customers instead of the paperwork.

Every part of Managolio comes from listening. We sat down with contractors across the trades — deck builders, remodelers, landscapers, general contractors, painters — and heard the same frustrations again and again: scattered tools, quotes built by hand, and no clear view of what each job actually earns.

So we built around their real workflow, not a checklist of features. If something doesn't help a contractor win work, save time, or look more professional, it doesn't ship.
