What's on the Analytics dashboard
Analytics turns your day-to-day data into the numbers that actually run the business:
- 1Key metrics — revenue, pipeline value, close rate, and active jobs at a glance.
- 2Revenue vs. target and Win / loss with close rate and average deal size.
- 3Job-grade distribution (A–D) and average margin by project type.
- 4Lead source mix vs. target, so you double down on what's working.
- 5Permit performance — first-pass approval rate and average time to approval.
- 6Estimating accuracy — budgeted vs. actual cost on closed jobs, so your future bids get sharper.
What does the weighted pipeline number mean?
Every stage carries a win probability — from 10% at New Lead up to 70% at Proposal Sent — so the weighted number is what your open pipeline is realistically worth, not the sum of every wish. You'll see it on deal cards and the dashboard.
Customize your dashboard
Show the widgets that matter to you and hide the rest, so the dashboard reflects how you actually run things.
Where do the A–D job grades come from?
Each job is graded on its margin against thresholds you set in Settings → Sales (Job grading). Tune the Premium / Standard / Acceptable / Below-target cutoffs to match your business, and every job and the grade distribution update to match.
