Give a customer portal access

There's nothing to switch on — portal access is self-serve:

  1. 1Make sure the customer's email is on their contact record.
  2. 2Share their project number with them.
  3. 3They request a secure sign-in link from the portal, and it's emailed to the address on file — no complicated setup on their end.
What customers can do in the portal

From their portal, customers can:

  1. 1See live job status and a timeline of updates.
  2. 2Review and accept proposals.
  3. 3View invoices and pay online.
  4. 4See progress photos you've shared.
  5. 5See their upcoming appointments.
  6. 6Download shared documents and their paperwork.
  7. 7Submit a warranty claim after the job is done.
See the portal exactly as your customer does

Owners and Operations can open any project's portal in preview — the exact experience the customer gets, fully functional. That includes the card checkout, so you can even take a payment on the spot from a job site.

What if a customer's sign-in link expires or they lose it?

Each secure sign-in link is single-use and expires 30 minutes after it's requested. If it lapses, the customer simply requests a new one from the portal — nothing needed from you.
