Billing & your subscription

Every new account starts with a 30-day free trial with full access to every feature — no credit card required. Try it on real jobs. When the trial ends you just pick a plan: there's no card on file, so nothing is ever charged automatically, and all your data is waiting for you.

Every feature is included on both plans. The only difference is how many people you can add: Basic ($149/month) covers up to 5 users; Pro ($199/month) is the exact same platform with unlimited users. Pick Basic for a solo operator or small crew, and move to Pro when you're bringing on your whole team — there's never a per-user fee.

1. 1Go to Settings → Billing.
2. 2Choose Basic or Pro, and monthly or annual — annual bills for the year with one month free.
3. 3Changes take effect right away and are prorated on your next invoice.

Card updates happen right inside Settings → Billing — the Update payment method button opens a secure embedded Stripe form, so your card number never touches Managolio's servers. Past invoices and receipts live in the Stripe billing portal, one click away via Manage billing.

You don't get locked out over a failed renewal. Your account keeps full access for 14 days while a banner counts down and you update the card in Settings → Billing. Access pauses only after the grace period runs out — and even then, nothing is deleted.

You can cancel anytime — there's no long-term contract.

2. 2You keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
3. 3After that your account locks, but your data is kept safe — resubscribe whenever you're ready and pick up right where you left off.

Access is paused and you're taken to a 'choose a plan' screen — but nothing is deleted. Your leads, jobs, estimates, and documents are all waiting. Pick a plan and everything comes right back.
