Team & permissions

Managolio has four roles so everyone sees what they need and nothing they shouldn't:

1. 1Owner & Operations — full access to the whole business, including financials and settings.
2. 2Estimator — sales and estimating: leads, pipeline, estimates, and proposals.
3. 3Crew — jobsite only: their schedule, assigned projects, and the Field workspace. Crew are money-blind by design — no revenue, margins, or pipeline.

1. 1Go to Settings → Team.
2. 2Invite by email and assign a role, or update an existing member's role.
3. 3Remove someone when they leave — you'll see everything still assigned to them (open deals, tasks, projects, upcoming events) and can hand it all to a teammate in the same step, so nothing falls through. Their access ends right away.

Crew members land in the Field workspace — a focused, mobile view where they check the day's schedule, log time, add jobsite photos, report incidents, and update the punch list, all without seeing any financial details.
